WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard and Paypal as forms of payment.

WILL TAX BE APPLIED TO MY ORDER?

Prices displayed on our products pages are exclusive of taxes. When you proceed to check out, any applicable sales taxes will be calculated on to the total merchandise value and displayed upon checkout.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

We do not currently process changes to orders placed. If you feel you may have ordered a pattern different than one you intended to order, please contact us at cleomesmithknits@gmail.com

CAN I SEE MY PAST ORDERS?

We currently do not offer the option for customers to access their order history. Please refer to your e-mail records for any previous purchase information.

HOW WILL MY PATTERN(S) BE DELIVERED?

When you purchase a pattern from our Site, you will be sent an e-mail with a secure link to download the pattern as a pdf file. This link expires 24 hours after time of purchase. If you try to open an expired link, we will resend the e-mail with a renewed link.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

We do not currently process order cancellations, exchanges, refunds or returns.

ARE YOUR PATTERNS AVAILABLE IN PRINTED FORM?

Our patterns are only available for sale as digital pdf files. We do not ship printed copies of our patterns either through this Site or any other website where Cleome Smith patterns are sold.

WHAT LANGUAGE(S) ARE YOUR PATTERNS AVAILABLE IN?

All Cleome Smith patterns are currently only available in English.
